so no response when i call you out on jacking material from my site??? i even tried to be nice about it...
just to clarify, i took the time & had the respect for the source material (Still Life With Woodpecker) to credit the author (Tom Robbins) & link to his info on my site, in this post:
you, on the other hand, are stealing my bandwidth because you hotlinked my image (i scanned the cover of my book because i couldn't find a suitable image from the web), stole the pull quote & even the layout that i used, but didn't even bother to credit Tom Robbins or me or my site.
i mean, sh#t - you didn't even ADD anything to what i did. you took AWAY...
if you're gonna steal & be uncool about it, next time @least try not to get caught.
Sheesh. it's people like you that are a big reason why i haven't updated my site in almost a year...
i can't get no respect! ~ Rodney Dangerfield
~V~ my site (where hotlinking will soon be banned, so host your own images if you're gonna steal 'em): http://www.oneparticularwave.com
ok. i am very sorry for "stealing" your info. I had not intention in doing so. I am new to this whole blogging thing and such and I was simply posting something that I enjoyed. And it is my bad for not giving credit to the author, or your beautiful scan. but... I don't see how you can say that I just took away from what YOU did, because really you were just quoting Tom Robbins as well, you are, in fact, right about the fact that I should give him credit. No hard feelings? This is just blogging, so lets not get worked up.
hey?!?
ReplyDeleteit takes (@least)
two to tango, babe...
howzabout giving some credit
where credit is due ---
especially if you're gonna
hotlink images from my site
& quote the words of a master...
;p
